Open Enrollment will be open November 1- 30, 2014. If you wish to add a new dependent now, it must be within 30 days of: marriage, birth, adoption, or involuntary loss of coverage (ie: lay off). You may drop dependents at any time but must be at the end of the month. If you miss the 30 day window, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (intra-district only) or Ria Feldman at Rfeldman@musd.org for further information.
Any changes made during the 2014 Open Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2015.
Remember, if you participated in Section 125 (medical and/or dependent day care reimbursement) for calendar year 2014, you MUST submit all 2014 receipts for reimbursement by March 31, 2015. All purchases must have been made in 2014.
If you are participating in Section 125 for calendar year 2014, please remember it is a use it or lose is plan. If you do not spend all the money in calendar year 2014 that you set aside, you do not get that money back. Please visit the American Fidelity website below for eligible expenses. If you are leaving before the end of the calendar year, there may be Section 125 consequences.
If you have moved recently, or are planning to do so in the near future, remember to update your contact information with your site & Human Resources. Not sure if HR has your correct information? Check your paystub to see if your address is correct. If that is incorrect, please complete the P-64 (located on the left) and submit it to HR.
Keep your beneficiaries up to date
If you recently have had life changing events or it's just been a while, update your beneficiaries.

Employees who work less than 20 hours week/substitutes: MUSD P-9 & PARS (http://www.pars.org/)
